Now - Optimum value on investment seems to come from peripheral areas around
Hyderabad.
Yes, I am obviously
talking for 3 to 5 years duration from now.
Please find these areas
and some info about them –
1)
Adibatla:
Aerospace and Precision Engineering Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is
coming up here in Ibrahimpatnam mandal, in R. R. district near Hyderabad.
It will be the first aerospace SEZ in the country of its kind. Other
companies like Cognizant, TCS are also spreading their offices here. This area
seems to develop soon.
2)
Shankarpally:
Defense Ordnance Factory, IIT, IBS Hyderabad, are the major names
as of now in this undoubtedly very fast developing zone near Hyderabad. Prices
are as it is very high here.
3)
Chevella: Less than 50 KM from
Mehdipatnam makes this area a very good place to move if you like to live and
work in serenity, but GO 111 is a major hurdle here. If there is any alteration
in that Govt. order, this region is going to create many Billionaires here.
4)
Isnapur:
West of Hyderabad, on Mumbai highway, this place has unlimited potential for
growth, this region extends till Sangareddy, which is already heavily developed
and prices are almost as of Hyderabad there.
5)
Moinabad: Education zone – this is
how I can describe this very near area of Hyderabad, again GO 111. As of now,
Farm house is the only option here, but soon this place could be merged within
the city limits.
6)
Medchal / Kompally: Nearest satellite of
Hyderabad, this is the best term for this place. Again, already developed but
still lots of options for investment, mostly residential & industrial zone.
